C+B is growing, and that means we need to find not one, but two, new team members who are keen to join a fun, supportive, and motivated team dedicated to helping creative professionals and organisations in achieving their business goals.


EDCUATION COORDINATOR

We need a highly-organised, efficient, and friendly person who is ready to take on the responsibility of project managing our education programs both in-house and online. You’ll be adept at analysing data and reporting on the success of our wide range of programs, and available to support and assist our Head of Education across all areas.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Part-time role, Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid of working from home and in our Sydney office.
  • $72,800 p.a (pro rata)

ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years experience in event or project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • An interest in the creative industries
  • Ability to work as part of a team and work independently

RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for a person with demonstrated time management and organisational skills who can be responsible for managing our incoming calls, emails, and data entry. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and professional image of the company by providing exceptional customer service, and strong support to our team of specialist advisors across the country.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • An interest in the creative industries
  • Ability to work as part of a team and work independently
  • Preferably with experience in CRMs such as Salesforce.
