She has a wealth of experience combining business and creative practice and is well-versed in the myriad ways artists can make money in order to weather the famine and feast of creative income more effectively. \n\n\n\nBettina Kaiser is a graphic designer and visual artist. Design work at her studio\, BKA+D\, ranges from book design to print and digital designs for small to medium businesses or larger NFPs and organisations. Focus areas are the social justice\, community\, creative\, and environment sectors. Bettina is a solopreneur\, collaborating with her network of designers\, writers\, and developers according to the needs of each project. Aside from the bread and butter design work\, Bettina works on her art projects in a small studio in Marrickville. Her drawings\, paintings\, and installations often revolve around environmental concerns. She has had several solo shows in Sydney\, Wollongong\, and the Gold Coast\, as well as numerous selected works exhibited in group shows. Bettina is also a director of the Sydney-based all-volunteer risograph printing co-op\, The Rizzeria. \n\n\n\nNick Bolton is an award winning producer\, director and strategic thinker in the digital and online video space\, consulting for corporate and government organisations\, with an entrepreneurial nature and proven business management experience. Whether its running his own production company for over a decade\,  or producing a feature film\, month long theatre shows\, or film festivals to sending a huge team to Barcelona for three weeks for Microsoft\, or producing the first live stream ever from the Vatican or winning a multi million dollar tender for a Whole of Victorian Government contract\, that resulted in him moving to Melbourne for 18-months one constant has remained.
