With over 15 years of experience spanning the arts\, health\, and social impact sectors\, Aimee is a leading advocate for workplace wellbeing and psychological safety in festivals\, screen\, and performing arts. She has worked with organisations like Brisbane Festival\, Queensland Ballet\, and Big Sound\, providing support and training to integrate care into creative practices. Aimee was selected as a 2024 A2ELP Social Impact Leader and frequently speaks on topics such as mental health\, resilience\, and wellbeing in the arts and cultural sectors.What’s Creative Plus Business?We’re a social enterprise dedicated to educating creative people and arts organisations about business skills.
