In 2021\, Selene became the CEO of Auspicious Arts Projects\, guiding the organisation through the challenges of COVID lockdowns and recovery. As an industry leader\, her insights are frequently sought by funding bodies and small to medium organizations on key sector issues. She is on the advisory board of the Arts & Cultural Management Program for Deakin University\, and regularly delivers guest lectures at institutions including the University of Melbourne (VCA)\, Collarts\, and JMC Academy. \n\n\n\nTim Kurylowicz – Tim is the Executive Director of Eastern Riverina Arts (ERA)\, the lead organisation for arts and creative industry development in the Eastern Riverina region of NSW. He leads a team with a passion for creative cultural development that brings real world change. In 2021 Tim and his team produced the Arbour Festival\, a 50-day festival in a forest to mark the first anniversary of the Dunns Road bushfires.
