GROW
The GROW program is 4 x 1 hour mentoring meetings designed to help you stay on track and remain focused and accountable as you take your creative business to its next stage.
You might be a freelancer ready to take the next step into your business, a partnership looking to act on your plans, or a company ready to hire employees and take on the world. We also work to support leaders in creative and cultural NFPs. Whichever way you want your creative organisation to grow, we can help you get there.
You can use your GROW program in whatever way you choose, whether that’s monthly 1 hour mentoring sessions, 2 x 2 hour intensives over a couple of months, or a full 4 hour full immersion in some creative brainstorming and strategic planning.
The GROW program requires a significant commitment and delivers fantastic results for anyone who is serious about their creative business life. The pace of the program is tailored to each person – you’ll never be rushed, but you will be guided and challenged in ways that bring significant results.
During the GROW program, you and your advisor will:
- Establish your goals, and identify your desired outcomes from the program.
- Create a strategy to help you achieve those outcomes over the course of the program without exceeding your capacity.
- Devise a practical Action Plan of activities to complete between sessions to help you progress towards your goals.
Good to know…
- The GROW program is a total of 4 hours of support, and can be delivered in-person or online.
- All sessions are transcribed using AI and the notes shared with you.
- After each session, you will also be sent any additional resources or links you need via email, as well as a reminder of your agreed Action Plan.
The GROW program is structured, tested and 100% confidential.
