Bio:

Rosie Lourde, a filmmaker with experience across various roles, formats, and genres, is known for her feature directorial debut Romance on the Menu, which trended on Netflix and earned a Australian Director’s Guild Award nomination. Rosie also made her mark in horror with the CanneSeries-screened Dashcam, as well as the viral digital series Starting From Now, achieving over 250M views. Rosie was the Executive Producer of the heartfelt and hilarious comedy White Fever for ABC, and is currently Executive Producer of young adult sports docu-series, Young Bloods, following eight teens through the Sydney Swans Academy. As an actor, Rosie features in season three of ABC’s Total Control, appears in the Paramount+ series One Night, and ABC’s House of Gods. Rosie was previously an Investment Manager at Screen Australia’s Online Production fund, she was Co-Vice President of Women in Film and Television Australia (NSW), and has served on the Screen Australia Gender Matters Taskforce since 2020. Rosie assumed the role of Taskforce Chair in 2023.
