ONLINE (NSW): Future Planning for Creatives

March 4 @ 6:00 pm 8:00 pm

A business or strategic plan is more than a way to make a bank or funder happy. It can be a truly invaluable tool to help you figure out where you’re going – and why.

Summarising your creative business or arts organisation into a written plan is a great idea, but without guidance it can become a stale and unused document that never gets implemented. ‘Future Planning for Creatives’ is an online workshop that reframes and explains the planning process in a way specifically designed for creative learners, and with a focus on creating practical action plans that work. With plenty or templates and tools to discuss, this friendly and real-world workshop will help arts practitioners from beginners to more experience professionals.
