We’re stuck on the hamster wheel of constantly chasing more, to the detriment of our wellbeing and creativity. But what does success mean to you? By redefining our version of success, we can shape businesses and lives that are aligned with our dreams and goals, rather than adopting dominant societal narratives of what success ‘should’ look like.

Alison Rice is a multiple award-winning publisher and leader. She started her career at The Walkley Foundation for Excellence in Journalism before going on to lead and launch various U.S. media brands into the Australian market. Today, Alison hosts the acclaimed Offline, The Podcast and through her work as conscious career and business coach, helps people to align to a professional reality that feels more supportive and true.
An ICF-credentialed Professional Coach with executive post-graduate studies in coaching and leadership, Elana Robertson is also an experienced strategic consultant, facilitator and trainer with a corporate and entrepreneur background spanning 25 years. (Oh, and sprinkle in trained yoga teacher with a passion for powerful restorative practices.) Internationally awarded and recognised for her drive to positively disrupt the status quo, Elana created foundher to connect ambitious leaders to their best version of self and from that foundation enable them to catalyse the long-term, powerful changes they seek in their being, business, and world.
