  • WEBINAR: The Psychology of Social Proof

Humans are inherently social creatures—our desire for connection, community, and belonging are hardwired into us on a physiological level. Through a marketing lens, it's important to understand that this psychological phenomenon influences our purchasing decisions. If we're weighing up whether to buy a product or service, we naturally want to hear about other people's experiences—did it meet and exceed their needs? Was it worth the investment? Do they recommend it? We could harp on all day long about how wonderful our offering is, but this only gets us so far. Enter: social proof. In a marketing context, social proof is evidence that other people have purchased and found value in a product or service offered by a business. And it can take many forms—case studies, testimonials, user generated content, PR and so much more. It's a powerful (and underrated!) tactic to boost your brand reputation, legitimise your offerings, and demonstrate the value you provide. In this webinar, Lillie Brown will sit down with Mia Fileman to explore how small businesses and freelancers can harness the power of social proof to supercharge their credibility and stand out in a sea of competition. Part of our Lunchtime Learning series! What’s Included?A 60 […]
